To report an on-court rule or procedural violation, submit your complaint using this online form before the start of your next team match or within 24 hours of the match ending – whichever comes first. All complaints follow standard USTA League Tennis Grievance Procedures.
Filing Requirements & Eligibility
- Who Can File: Complaints must be submitted by a team captain, the local Adult League Coordinator, or a Tennis Austin Adult Leagues Committee member.
- NTRP Protests: NTRP rating protests must be submitted in writing by a team captain directly to Ratings Coordinator Todd Reed at [email protected].
- Transparency: This process is not anonymous. A copy of your complaint will be shared word-for-word with the accused party, including your name as the complainant.
